Avoid a Walk In fee rate by booking online up to 60 minutes prior to the session.

Required notice for booking and cancellation is calculated to the exact second. For example, if the Early Bird tier requires 14 days' notice, the Early Bird tier for a session that starts at 3pm on 28 March closes at 2:59:59pm on 14 March. If there is a 7 day cancellation policy, removing a booking for this session must be done no later than 2:59:59pm on 21 March to avoid a penalty.
Cancellation penalty means that you pay the full session fee at the tier rate you booked, less any applicable Child Care Subsidy.
Bookings confirm instantly and appears in your Activity Log. We send booking activity summary emails on the hour as applicable to confirm bookings created or removed. Booking errors can be removed without penalty within the first two hours of creation, but no edits are possible within 60 minutes of the session start time.
If you remove a booking, the session place is immediately made available to others. Rebooking is at the prevailing Fee Tier and is subject to availability.
Late pickup penalties apply per minute, rounded down. As an example, if the session finishes at 6pm and you collect your child at 6:05:30 pm, you are deemed five minutes late. If the late pickup fee is $2 per minute, you are liable for an extra $10 (5 mins x $2 per minute = $10).
